1. Who we are

Ruolus ("Ruolus", "we", "us") provides AI and machine learning solutions for companies. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit our website or contact us. For questions about this policy, write to info@ruolus.com.

2. Data we collect

• Contact data: your name, email address, company name and the content of your message when you email us or use our contact form.
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends when loading the site, such as IP address and browser type. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may process this data.
• Customer project data: data that customers share with us for an analysis or project, processed only under a separate agreement with that customer.

3. How we use your data

• To answer your questions and requests
• To prepare proposals and deliver the services you request
• To review job applications sent to us
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Customer data in analyses

Data shared with Ruolus for an analysis or project is used only for that customer's engagement. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted and logged, and it is never used to train models for other customers. Customers can request deletion of their data at the end of an engagement.

5. Legal basis

We process personal data in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the case, the legal basis is your consent, the performance of a contract, our legal obligations or our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Contact messages that don't lead to a business relationship are deleted when they're no longer needed.

7. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example email and cloud hosting), under appropriate data protection agreements, or when required by law.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request information about it
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to processing and withdraw consent at any time
