Ruolus is an AI and machine learning company founded in 2025. Our core product is a fine-tuned AI that analyzes a company's processes, data and goals, recommends the AI system that fits best, and shows how to optimize it over time. Our engineering team can then build and run that system with you.

General chatbots can talk about AI, but they don't know your company and aren't trained to make architecture decisions. The Ruolus engine is fine-tuned specifically to analyze businesses and compare AI options on impact, feasibility, cost and risk. Its output is a structured, explainable plan, not a conversation.

Traditional AI consulting relies on weeks of interviews and workshops. Ruolus automates the heavy analysis with its own model, so you get recommendations faster and based on your actual data. Our engineers then review every result, so you still get human judgment where it matters.

Startups, SMEs and enterprises. The analysis scales with your company: a startup might focus on picking the right stack for one AI feature, while an enterprise might map dozens of processes across departments.

No. Many of our customers don't have one. We explain every recommendation in plain language, and if you choose a Build project, we deliver a working system along with training for your team.

A typical AI readiness analysis takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to the final presentation. The exact time depends on how many processes and data sources are in scope.

A short intake session with your key stakeholders, read access to the relevant documents and data sources, and a contact person on your side. We take care of the rest.

Then we'll tell you. Sometimes a process change, a better dashboard or a simple automation solves the problem better than AI. An honest "not yet" saves you far more than a project that shouldn't have started.

No. Ruolus is vendor-neutral. Recommendations can include open-source models, commercial APIs, existing tools you already pay for, or a custom system. You're free to implement them with any partner.

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-based and logged, and sensitive fields can be masked before analysis. Your data is never used to train models for other customers.

Yes. Besides our cloud, we support deployment in your private cloud or fully on-premise, which is often the right choice for finance, healthcare and the public sector.

Ruolus is designed with KVKK and GDPR requirements in mind, including data minimization, access control, audit logs and data deletion on request. We're happy to go through your specific compliance requirements during the intro call.

We're model-agnostic. We work with open-source models, major commercial model APIs, classic machine learning methods and all major cloud providers. The right choice depends on your task, data, budget and privacy needs.

Common databases and data warehouses, CRM and ERP systems, document storage, ticketing tools and any system with a REST API. If you use something custom, we can build a connector.

The analysis is a fixed price based on company size and scope. Build projects are priced per project with milestone payments, and Optimize is a monthly plan. See the pricing page for details, or contact us for a tailored quote.

Yes. Most customers start with the analysis alone, or with a single high-impact use case, and expand once they see results.

For Build projects, you own the deliverables built for you, including fine-tuned models trained on your data and the code that runs them. Details are set out in each project agreement.
